EPC is a form of turnkey contracting: the owner entrusts engineering, procurement and construction to a single contractor, who is accountable for schedule, cost and quality.

How we deliver EPC

Design, procurement and construction are each backed by in-house teams and resources.

    Design

    The engineering department's design and technical teams handle scheme design, detailed drawings and method statements. New Nanyang carried out both design and construction for E-phone Rainbow, Bow Fung and TALA.

  2. P

    Procurement

    Procurement is split into Thai and international purchasing. The group's New Nanyang Building Materials plant supplies ready-mixed concrete, and New Nanyang M&E carries out M&E installation.

  3. C

    Construction

    Six project teams in the project management department, independent oversight by the quality and safety department, and owned heavy equipment including tower cranes, pump trucks and laser screeds.
