Standardised construction
New Nanyang has turned its main work packages, from formwork, reinforcement and concrete to masonry, floors, roofing and scaffolding, into company-standard method statements, backed by a common project management standard used on every project.
The aim is better quality and safety, higher efficiency, technical innovation and lower cost.
Techniques
Laser screeding
Large and mid-size laser screeds are used on large factory slabs to control floor flatness.
Hardened floors
A dry-shake hardener finish improves the wear resistance of workshop and warehouse floors.
Precast stairs
Stair units are precast off site and lifted into place, reducing wet work on site.
Concrete batching plant
Operated by New Nanyang Building Materials to supply ready-mixed concrete to group projects.

Our own heavy equipment
The group owns close to 60 pieces of heavy equipment, including tower cranes, concrete pump trucks, truck cranes, excavators, rotary drilling rigs, laser screeds and trucks, managed, dispatched and maintained by our own equipment and workshop teams.
